Are you a gay man who is feeling stressed and isolated living with HIV? Join our successful and very friendly group.
Discussions centered on, but not limited to, disclosure, disability issues, medication problems, patient/doctor issues, dating, relationships, family isssues, less concern from the well-gay commmunity, HIV and the workplace, etc.
The next set of meetings will begin Wed April 30th and last for twelve weeks. Meetings are peer supported and run by a gay male HIV + facilitator.

Mattison Park and The Provincetown Fringe Festival in Asbury Park present "VIVA VAGINA" directed by Marjorie Conn and inspired by Eve Ensler’s Vagina Monologues.

"VIVA VAGINA" is a performance piece for 9 women with special guest stars every week. These are our original stories in the form of monologues, dialogues, poems, and skits. It’s a celebration of our woman ness and sexuality with outrageous humor, complexity, poignancy and complete realism. Enter into this forbidden zone with us. We will peel off the layers and you will see what is at the heart of every woman.

"For the Bible Tells Me So" offers the experiences of five very normal, very Christian, very American families -- including those of former House Majority Leader Richard Gephardt and Episcopal Bishop Gene Robinson -- show how insightful people of faith handle the realization of having a gay child. You'll also hear from Bishop Desmond Tutu, Harvard's Peter Gomes, Orthodox Rabbi Steve Greenberg and Reverend Jimmy Creech in the film, which hopes to offer healing, clarity and understanding to anyone standing at the intersection of Scripture and sexual identity. Some of the topics Michele will discuss are the benefitlimitations of entering into Domestic Partnerships and Civil Unions, the advantas and ges of legal agreements between couples, the importance of a will, power of attorney and health care directives. Michele will also spend a good portion of the program taking questions from the audience. The opportunity to ask questions anonymously will be available.
